The MasterDemont platform is a B2B digital platform operated by Quantum AI Products, hereinafter referred to as "the Operator".

Accessing, browsing or using the MasterDemont platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The platform is intended exclusively for professional users, namely legal entities or authorized persons operating in the automotive field.

2 Purpose of the platform

MasterDemont provides an integrated digital ecosystem for:

• management of end-of-life vehicles
• identification, cataloging and traceability of reusable auto parts
• facilitating B2B transactions through marketplace
• reporting sustainability impact (ESG)

The platform is not intended for final consumers who are individuals.

3 User obligations

Users undertake to:

• provide correct, complete and up-to-date information
• use the platform exclusively for legal and professional purposes
• comply with applicable legislation regarding dismantling, reuse and marketing of auto parts

4 Limitation of liability

The Operator does not assume responsibility for:

• commercial relationships established between users
• decisions made based on information provided by other users
• any damages resulting from incorrectly or incompletely entered data

The platform operates as a technological intermediary.

5 Intellectual property rights

The entire content of the MasterDemont platform, including but not limited to:

• texts
• graphic elements
• software
• databases
• platform structure

is the property of Quantum AI Products and is protected by national and European copyright legislation.

6 Applicable law

This document is governed by the legislation of Romania and the applicable regulations of the European Union.
